From 1st of September 2015, “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC Specification 1394-001-22390022-2015 for CWC pipes is approved by permanent acceptance commission of “Gazprom” JSC for new types of tubular goods (record no. 21/2015 dated 20.08.2015) and listed in the Register.

20.08.2015 at “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC a conference on “Concrete coated pipes application for design, construction and operation of gas pipelines to improve safety and reliability” was held with participation of design institutes, branches and affiliates of “Gazprom” OJSC.

During the period from 03.08. to 13.08.2015 the first stage of qualification trials took place at “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC production site to qualify production process of concrete weight coating application in accordance with the requirements of “DNV GL” LLC and Maritime Register committee.

Following the results of expert examination performed by “Gazprom VNIIGAZ” LLC experts, an expert Conclusion no. 31323949-107-2015 dated 23.06.2015 was issued to state compliance of “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC products with the requirements of “Gazprom” OJSC

May 28, “Gazprom VNIIGAZ” LLC certification committee made another visit to production site. Products of “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC passed the testing in full scope. Currently the final certification process at “Gazprom VNIIGAZ” LLC is ongoing, with specification being forwarded to Pipe Products Acceptance Commission to be listed in “Gazprom” OJSC Tubular Goods Register”.

As part of joint business meeting focusing on innovations in Russian pipe industry sector, "Gazprom" OJSC board chairman Mr. А.B. Miller together with pipe-manufacturing company executives ("Pipe Metallurgical Company" OJSC, "Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant" OJSC, "Joint Metallurgical Company" JSC, "Severstal" OJSC, "Pipe Manufacturers Association" NPO) made a tour of “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC production site.

During the period of 21 to 22 of April 2015, a committee of “Gazprom VNIIGAZ” LLC experts visited “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC production site in order to perform an expert examination of tentative specification for concrete weight coated pipes and to verify production process procedure.

On 18-19th of March a certification audit of “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC Quality Management System was carried out to check compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and GOST ISO 9001-2011 requirements.

“Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC is currently completing installation of production equipment and is proceeding with preparation for commissioning testing of concrete coated pipes used for oil and gas pipeline construction and repair.
