10th of June 2016 Ivan Pavlovich Shabalov was chosen as Chairman of “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC Board.

As part of import substitution program, production engineering and product launching was carried out using domestic aggregates.

Within the scope of preparation activities for production laboratory certification, a seminar was held with participation of lead expert of Moscow branch of “Russian Register” certification association, Krikun V.М., on ISO/IEC 17025 requirements “General requirements to testing and calibration laboratories’ competence”.

In autumn, “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC arranged training of company personnel on “Quality Management System according to Gazprom Company Standard 9001-2012 requirements”. The specialists also mastered and implemented modern quality methods, such as Potential nonconformities analysis and Statistical Process Control.

“Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC actively participated in VI International scientific and technical conference "Gas transportation systems: Present & Future" GTS-2015.

“Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC obtained a certificate of Det Norske Veritas Germanischer Lloyd (DNV GL) approval for production of external concrete weight coating for big diameter pipes.

Based on test report no. 2901/3-3700 dated 29.01.2015, “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC obtained Certificate of Conformity no. РОСС RU.АВ28.Р19442 dated 25.09.2015.

From 15 to 17 of September, "Import substitution" Exhibition was successfully held at "Crocus Expo" International Exhibition Center.

14th of September at “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC production site an official ceremony took place for presenting RMRS certificate of type approval for external concrete weight coating applied on steel pipes from 219 mm to 1420 mm in diameter for submarine oil/gas pipelines.
